On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) is a collaborative effort across The Claremont Colleges. All current 7C students have the opportunity to meet with recruiters visiting the Colleges. Every student has equal access to posted positions and on-campus interviews, regardless of which campus is hosting the employer. Review this list of employers.

Before you participate in OCR, it's your responsibility to review and adhere to the guidelines in the 7C Student Responsibility Agreement.
Information Tables: Students have an opportunity to connect with recruiters in a drop-in format for brief information about the company and its available positions.
Employer Presentations/Information Sessions: These 60-90 minute sessions typically include a formal presentation about the company, available positions, and its recruitment process, as well as an opportunity for questions.
On-Campus Interviews: Many recruiters will convenience students by interviewing on campus. See the instructions at the ClaremontConnect listing to learn how to sign up for interviews.
Job Fairs: Meet with a broad variety of employers representing different industries in an expo-type setting during a short period of time. Participate in the Job Fair Prep session in CP&R one hour prior to each fair for job fair tips.
