On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) is a collaborative effort across The Claremont Colleges. All current 7C students have the opportunity to meet with recruiters visiting the Colleges. Every student has equal access to posted positions and on-campus interviews, regardless of which campus is hosting the employer. Review this list of employers.

OCR is an excellent opportunity to research employers and utilize your networking skills. Look for upcoming OCR events in ClaremontConnect calendar.

Before you participate in OCR, it's your responsibility to review  and adhere to the guidelines in the 7C Student Responsibility Agreement

Career Planning & Resources posts jobs on ClaremontConnect solely for the convenience of students. A posting does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by CP&R or the College. The College is not responsible for safety, wages, working conditions, or any other aspect of off-campus employment without limitation. It is the responsibility of students to perform due diligence in researching employers when applying for or accepting private, off-campus employment and to thoroughly research the facts and reputation of each organization to which they are applying. Students should be prudent and use common sense and caution when applying for or accepting any position. CP&R staff is available to support this vetting process.
